2002 Chrysler Sebring LX 2.7L No Start
Car came in with bad water pump and bent valves... replaced engine with new factory long block. Car wont start. using Snap on brick, scan tool shows cam and crank synch going 'yes, no, yes, no'. confirmed cam ring to be correct. Scan tool does not give re-sync...
