2003 Dodge Caravan SE 3.3L No Start
No crank / no communication to PCM. No 5v to sensors, no 8-9v to CKP/CMP. Cut 5v & 8v wires right off PCM to elliminate sensors, still not voltage out of PCM and no communication. Tested all powers & grounds, all good. installed rebuilt PCM, started ran a shor...
