2003 Dodge Caravan SE 3.3L No Start
stuck on this one...caravan came in with no start after customer installed an engine. have no spark and no injector pulse. no codes. scoped cam and crank sensors both perfect. checked powers and grounds to pcm. replaced pcm and programmed VIN into it ..still n...
