2003 Dodge Caravan SE 3.3L No Start
I have lost the ground signal at the starter relay. All fuses are good and I have the positive signal from the ignition swith. The computer will not communicate with the scanner so I dont have any codes. Jumping the relay will turn the starter over. Wiring dia...
