OK this thing has 4.965v out of the 5v supply wire from ecm (pin#61)my scan tool reads ZERO volts on the Iat but reads its temp exactly the same as the coolant temp, which is reading correctly. the 1496 code sets if the supply 5v from computer goes below 3.5v ...
