2001 Dodge Dakota 3.9L No Start
The truck came with a no start no communication with scanner and the fuel pump relay, ASD relay and RAD relay cycling on and off. Disconnected all the sensor and tranmission controls to check for shorted sensor didn't change a thing. Also disconnect the centra...
