03 grand caravan keeps turning chek engine light.p1494,tested vacum at ldp and was low,smoke test,repaired split hose at throttle body and replaced ldp,retest vacum at ldp over 14in.,smoke test evap system,no leaks [...] we were very confident this van was fix...
