2005 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie 5.9L No Start
Truck towed in with crank/no start. When key is on the voltmeter does not move and the fuel pump relay and pump are cycling on and off like a turn signal. All warning lights come on as normal. I had 350ma draw and suspected bad Cummins ecu but when ecu was unp...
