2003 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L No Start
this van is a no start with no communication to computer i've checked all powers and grounds they're ok (checked with a headlamp test lite)i read in my verus scanneer that the ckp sensor shorts out and to unplug it and look for 8volt reference i have no voltag...
