2000 Dodge Caravan 3.3L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Stall, Poor Fuel Economy
Hello I have this van here and it is running extremly rich. Barely runs and blows black smoke. I scanned it and there wasn't any codes but that was due to the cust clearing it with a little scanner he got from the parts store but he did say there was a O2 code...
