1996 Chrysler Sebring JX 2.4L Surge, Cuts out, MIL Lamp on
I inherited what I suspect has been an ongoing problem. When engine is cold or hot it will start and idle fine. On a cold start you can only throttle it to 1700 to 2000 rpm, and it begins to stumble and cut out almost but not quite like hitting a rev limiter. ...
