1994 Chrysler New Yorker 3.5L No Start
This vehicle will not start now. Fuse "B" in PDC will blow ONLY when key is turned on. This fuse is the BAT feed to PCM. This fuse also powers up ASD and fuel pump relay,however,short still present with these 2 relays removed. I tried substituting a PCM . Shor...
