1998 Chrysler Town & Country LXi 3.8L No Start
vehicle came in for intermittant no start,gauges not working.I got the vehicle from another tech in the shop who gave up on it.I have no gauges even when the vehicle starts.I cannot communicate with the bcm or the instrument cluster at [...] vehicle will start...
