Need some help with this Dodge Dakota. Came in as a smog failure. Failed for HCs at both 15 and 25mph tests. 151 PPM HC at 15mph (max 118) and 117 PPM HC at 25mph (max 98). It was obvious the car was purchased and driven with little to no maintenance. A quick ...
