2003 Chrysler Town & Country LXi 3.8L No Start, Stall
I have this town and country that will not start, no crank. Has a check engine light, but can not communicate with pcm. Have all powers and grounds to pcm but no 5 volt ref and only .32 volts at the 8 volt supply. My question is can the skim cause this kind of...
