This may be long, but I feel the more infomation the better. Jeep failed Loaded Emission Testing. The "Cruise" Readings shown above were at both 15 mph and 25 mph. Engine sounds good, no Exhaust leaks, Runs and Idles great..Plugged in my MT-2500 Sc...
