1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L No Start
Jeep was towed in for no start. Checked ASD relay and fuel pump relay, but relays are not making up. I have fire on hot terminals but computer is not make up ground to turn relays on. Scanner will not communicate with on board computer. Checked all fuses and f...
