1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L No Start
The Jeep came in with no start and the gauges quit. There is no signal from the PCM or [...] works and has a code stored "NO JTEC". I check all voltages at the PCM all inputs OK , the SCI and buss from data link to PCM are good. I have a low 5v signal with key...
