	 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L No Start, Stall, MIL Lamp on, intermit tach oper 
		
		vehicle only has 9 volts to injection pump control relay when it dies and you leave the key in on position. turning key off and on again gets 13 volts. wondering if cam reader on back of accessory drive could cause computer to do this. thanks
