1998 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L No Communication
No CAN communication with tcm, bcm, abs modules and instrument cluster - only communication with pcm. Voltage for CAN system shoul be 2.5 volts - it is .1 between plus and minus CAN circuits. Which module is the source for the CAN voltage or ground?
