Ok, I get this car today, found a P0038 H02S Bank 1 SENSOR 2 HEATER CIRCUIT HIGH. It is a hard code and will not clear, removed sensor and found open at heater circuit. I went deeper and found with the sensor unplugged and KOEO I have .92v on the heater contro...
