1999 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L Cuts out
cust. states while driving truck will intermittenly loose power. cust. states will not rev up. unless putting in neutral and goosing the throttle, then it will start working properly. always seems to happen on freeway. only codes are p1693 and p0216. i know wh...
