1999 Dodge Grand Caravan LE 3.8L No Start, no power to dash
This vehicle has no power to the #14 gauge red wire going
to the ignition switch that supplies power to the power
windows, dash indicator lights,ignition system, starter
relay system, wipers, radio, etc.
