2001 Dodge Intrepid SE 3.2L No Start
I have this 01 Intrepid here that will not start. The PCM
is turning the starter relay ground hot when the start
command goes through from the key switch. I can jump the
relay to turn over or ground the PCM starter control to
make it turn over.
