1996 Jeep Cherokee Country 4.0L No Start
We towed this Jeep in for a no-start. When tech saw no fuel pressure, we changed the pump. It still doesn't run. I have no check engine light, no communication with the scan tool, no asd relay activation. Strangely, if I almost unplug the black pcm connector, ...
