2009 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L Power Liftgate
Power liftgate won't operate. Overhead console and rear switches open and close on data list. Fully open switch remains closed regardless of liftgate position, postion switch 1 and 2 fluctuate between open and closed.
