1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager LE 3.3L Cooling Fans
I've looked at this one pretty hard. ECM has control of the cooling fans. I can operate them with the DRB III, and the ECM will turn on the fans when the engine is hot. However, when I turn on the A/C, and the engine is not really hot, the fans do not run... S...
