2003 Dodge Neon SE 2.0L No A/C Clutch, no radiator fan
Replaced compressor because of bad clutch, now a/c will not turn on unless I jump with hot wire. scanner says a/c switch off but the blower fan is running, a/c clutch off, radiator hi fan on, but fan isn't running. fans work to cool radiator off when temp reac...
