1997 Dodge B2500 5.2L Heater
The heater on this van will not heat at idle. The engine temp is 190. The thermostat is new and seems to be working. The water control valve was restricted and we replaced it and then finally bypassed it. We replaced the heater core and cleaned the debris from...
