2007 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Special Edition 2.5L 3-4 Upshift
Car was just bought by the customer. When the temp outside is cold enough, the trans has a very harsh 3-4 upshift. Just before the upshift, the engine flares up 300-500 RPMs. When the trans warms up, all upshifts are good. We havn't found any TSB's and no help...
