Under very light throttle only, this Rav 4 wil have a bind up on the 2-3 u/s. Dip into the throttle to 25% or so, and it works perfectly. Same basic problem trans was diagnosed with before,unit was replaced. Cust took to Toyota back in December, had a pressure...
