1996 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.5L Transfer case?
This Subaru runs/drives fine but at parking lot speeds something in the drive line will bind up if you turn the wheel almost to the lock in either direction. It will actually stop the car just like if you applied the brake...more throttle will overcome it but ...
