Getting code p0137 voltage should be between .30 .45 , key on engine off voltage is .43 ...with engine running voltage drops to 0.02 , the sensor is new and changed nothing ... Tested that circuit coming out of the pcm and it is reading 0.02 .. Thats on the wh...
