	 2002 Toyota Tundra SR5 4.7L L Manifold 
		
		need to replace left exhaust manifold ,top 4 studs look easy thur inner fender ,I assume I need to raise motor to get bottom 4 .what is the best way to remove these lock nuts.a little heat released the 3 cat nuts but after 2 turns they froze tight .I did not c...
