1998 Lexus GS300 3.0L vvti
thanks in advance for help.... issue here is the vvti pulley 5 bolts were removed to install new o ring because of oil leak .. we put it back together and car cranks but wont start ... is there a special procedure to put the pulley back together or is it only ...
