1995 Honda Accord EX 2.2L Engine
i just wanted to know if anyone has found a transmission locked up that will not let the engine turn over. i have removed the oil pan and checked rods aqnd mains and they look ok. i removed timing belt to see if anything in that area was ok and it was.i cannot...
