No cooling fans, All fuses and relays ok. Replaced with new. Jump relay fan #1 and fan comes on. Temp sensor ok. But fan will not activate. Changed ECM with known good one to check for ac signal. Still no fan with or without AC signal. Nothing on all data, and...
