This truck has no voltage to power outlet fuse. Checked rad 2 fuse, lowered fuse block and checked acc relay. Power at pin 3 and pin pin 1 koeo or koer. Jumpered relay pins 3 and 5 and now power outlet fuse has power and all power outlets have battery volt...
