1999 Subaru Impreza Outback 2.2L Fuel Pump
car has been sitting for 2 years. I have replaced the engine and am getting no power to the fuel pump. the fuel pump relay grounds to ECM pin 16 with key off but as soon as key is on it looses ground. Mitchell wiring diagram does not show any info on theory to...
