Found dead battery and replaced. Checked for draw and found 60mA draw. Traced draw to ECM-B [...] that when steering wheel is turned just a bit the draw jumps to 80mA. Unplugged clock spring and draw stays at 45mA but no longer jumps to 80mA when turning the w...
