2003 Honda Civic DX 1.7L RH Headlamp
Hello all. Low and High beams function properly. The DRL Lamp flashes when the lights are off and buzzing sound is heard under dash. The RH lamp is very, very dim when DRL is operating, LH seems fine, Thanks in Advance.
