2000 Toyota Avalon XL 3.0L No Start
This vehicle has no spark, no fuel pump operation, no injector pulse. The security light flashes all the time. There is no communication with the ecm. Engine cranks over good but won't start. Powers and grounds are good at ecm. power to amp is good (B+) on...
