1999 Toyota Tacoma Pre Runner 2.7L MIL Lamp on
I replaced VSV on intake, it was dead when 12 volts applied. I have no vacuum from throttle body to vsv, even connecting vacuum gauge straight to port. I removed throttle body and cleaned thoroughly, blew carb cleaner and air through all the ports, they ar...
