2005 Hyundai Tucson GLS 2.7L No Start, Stall

Car came in no start. Did manage to get running briefly. Checked exhaust back pressure, and cats are bad. Rear completely destroyed, and plugged. Right bank the same, front looks ok. They are off car now.
