I have a feeling I know what's wrong with this I just need to verify some things.

When I go to output tests the water pump will run.

When I activate Valve 3 I get 2.5v. Valve 4 I get 3.5v. Valve 5 I get 4.5v.

With the key on, I get a steady 3.5v from the w...
