2002 Toyota Highlander 3.0L MIL Lamp on
I removed the upper timing cover to check the camshaft alignment marks. Both are in alignment. Checked cam and crank sync with lab scope but not sure what i am looking at. If I energize the solenoids one at a time the engine runs rough. Code chart says if timi...
