Trying to get this truck to go thru NY State inspection , but, 3 monitors arent ready, cat, evap, and O2. I know that cat and evap are last. My question is why wont the oxygen sensor monitor pass. No codes, hard nor pending. Switched out all 4 o2 sensors 3 wee...
