2005 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS 2.4L MIL Lamp on
Trying to install new pcm. Apparently you can reprogram with J2534, but can only initialize a new pcm with the MUTIII tool. My info said that it simply needs a vin write. The dealer says that it needs a theft module(300 cocos) and a reprogram at 150 cocos. The...
