1999 Honda Accord LX 2.3L MIL Lamp on, trans in limp mode
code p1607 only sets when cold and is a hard fault. trans
is in limp mode when code is set. after car warms up the
code can be cleared and the car runs and shifts normally.
all scanner data looks normal. no other
codes/complaints/issues.
