2008 Honda Accord EX 2.4L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Stall, MIL Lamp on
Vehicle originally came in because of setting the P0341
code with lack of power and surging badly above 2000rpm. On
test drive, there was 0% VTC duty cycle as viewed on the
SnapOn Verdit with 13.4, during the entire drive.
